We're a specialist espresso machine workshop at 3 Exeter Street, Mount Maunganui, repairing and servicing domestic and commercial coffee machines for homes, cafés and offices across Tauranga and the Bay of Plenty.
How it works
- Book online - tell us about your machine and the fault.
- Drop off Monday morning - bring your machine to our Mount Maunganui workshop between 8am and 12pm, or we can collect it for a fee.
- Back within the week - we aim to have most repairs ready by Friday.
Home espresso machines
From leaking group heads to machines that won't heat, we diagnose, repair and service home espresso machines from brands including Rocket, ECM, Profitec, Bezzera, Gaggia and Rancilio.
Commercial and café machines
We service and repair 1 to 3+ group commercial machines and grinders, with on-site call-outs throughout the Bay of Plenty and scheduled maintenance to keep your machine running through busy service. After-hours call-outs are available (additional charges apply).
Every repair includes
- A full inspection, so we can flag any other issues before they become breakdowns
- Genuine replacement parts, calibrated to factory standards
- Electrical test and tag on completion, to NZ standards
- A workmanship warranty on our repairs
Brands we don't service
To keep our turnaround reliable, we don't service Breville, Sunbeam, De'Longhi, Nespresso or Lelit. Please contact your place of purchase for these.
